Guidelines for Marriages at St. Theresa Church

Time: On Saturday until 1p.m and no later than 6. p.m.

Wedding is to proceed on time; same goes for the rehearsal.

Rehearsal is for one hour. Only the Wedding party is allowed in church for rehearsal. A refundable fee of $100.00 is to be assessed to assure promptness at both rehearsal and wedding. No food or drink is allowed in church.

 

Fees: An offering of $150.00 for the church. This includes a wedding party of the ten (10) people including the bride and groom. The maximum number of people is 20, and a clean-up fee of $50.00 is also assessed.

Readers: Should be familiar with the readings and be modestly dressed to be in the sanctuary.

Music: Must be of religious nature, musicians must be with the pastor one month in advance of wedding.

Photographer and videographer meet with the pastor 15 minutes before wedding to receive instruction. Each must be properly attired to be in the sanctuary.

Florist: Everything brought into the church. Must be taken out right after the weddingrunners, flowers, pew markers, programs, and candles which must be the dripless kind.

Always contact the florist, photographer, and musician a day or before the wedding and remind them of the time of the wedding.

 

All fees are due one week before the wedding.
